Orientation

Orientation is the beginning of your journey at SIBT. It is a new study environment, and a new way of life. Orientation and enrolment is compulsory for new students.

What will happen at Orientation?

SIBT hosts a series of activities and programs during orientation.

  • You will recieve information about your SIBT course, orientation kit and student diary
  • Meet the SIBT staff, student mentors and new friends
  • Be introduced to a range of services and facilities available to you as a student

There will also be information sessions concerning health coverage and computer use designed to help you settle in to your new environment.

Most importantly Orientation ensures that you are enrolled - you will create your timetable and obtain your SIBT Student ID Card.

What do I need to bring?

Bring along your SIBT Offer Letter, passport (international students only) and address details.

Accommodation reference - if you plan to rent accommodation, try and bring references from people who know you e.g. family friends or school teachers as this will make signing a tenancy agreement a lot easier.

What are the dates and where do I go?
