Payment Options

You have a number of options when it comes to paying your SIBT tuition fees.
Please ensure that all fees are paid in Australian dollars and that you include your student
ID as a reference on all payments.

FEE-HELP Government Loan Scheme

(Only available to Australian citizens who are studying a diploma program)

Simply complete and return a FEE-HELP Application Form.

Forms can be obtained from the SIBT office.

Credit Card/EFTPOS

Available at the SIBT office. There is a 1.5% surcharge on the total amount payable when using Master Card or Visa. We also accept debit cards.

BPAY (via phone or internet banking)

Make your payment via BPAY from your cheque or savings account.

The SIBT BPAY Biller Code is: 505248

You must use your own BPAY reference number that can be found in the “profile” section of your student portal.

Direct Deposit

(The original stamped deposit record must be presented to the SIBT office)

Payment can be made at any Westpac Bank.

Cheques should be made to ‘Sydney Institute of Business and Technology’. Bank cheques can be posted to SIBT or delivered in person to the SIBT office. Unfortunately, personal cheques are not accepted.

Money orders should be made to ‘Sydney Institute of Business and Technology’. Money orders can be posted to SIBT or delivered in person to the SIBT office.
